Well:

Close your eyes. Put your hands together, palms touching and fingers pointing upwards, thumbs close to the chest. Face towards the sky, take a deep breath and love yourself. Breath out and bow, thank the Earth. Open your arms and your eyes. You're magnificent.

Awful:

Close your eyes, lay your left hand just beneath your belly button, your right hand on your heart. As you breath in, think of a beam coming out of the cosmos going into your body via the top of your head. As you breath out slowly, feel it going down and leave your body through your feet, into the Earth. Put your hands together, palms touching and fingers pointing upwards, thumbs close to the chest. Face downwards as far as you can stretch your neck without discomfort and thank yourself. Don't let your fear lead you. It is abstract, it is unpredictable future. Let your path guide you, it is there now and it's real. You're magnificent.
